Job Summary

Fountain Tire is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Sales Associate and Tire Technician to join our team. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, inspecting, installing, balancing, rotating, and repairing passenger, light truck, truck, industrial, and OTR tires and wheels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and repair tires and wheels to ensure safe and efficient operation
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales and service goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance technical skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in automotive or commercial tire service an asset
  • Valid driver's license and satisfactory driver's abstract required
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
