Job Summary:
We are seeking a Psychologist to join our team at Vancouver Coastal Health. As a Psychologist, you will work with individuals experiencing health changes that interfere with functioning and independence. You will be responsible for providing psychological services, including assessments, treatment, and education.
Responsibilities:
- Provide psychological services to clients, including assessments, treatment, and education.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
- Develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of clients.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans and make adjustments as needed.
Qualifications:
- Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from a recognized university.
- Two (2) years recent related experience in therapeutic, diagnostic and consultation services in the areas of mental health & substance use.
- Current registration with the College of Psychologists of British Columbia or registration with the College within two years of employment.
