Food Service Team Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Crossfield Subway. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers and staff.
- Supervise Food Service Staff: Lead and motivate a team of food service staff to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality food products.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and development opportunities to help staff improve their skills and knowledge.
- Manage Inventory and Supplies: Ensure that inventory and supplies are managed effectively to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
- Maintain Quality Standards: Ensure that all food products and services meet our high quality standards.
- Address Customer Complaints: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns.
- Prepare Reports: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on key performance indicators and operational issues.
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a team player attitude.
