Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Crossfield Subway. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
- Supervise and train staff in food preparation, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Monitor inventory and estimate ingredient and supply needs
- Ensure compliance with quality control standards and address customer complaints
- Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports to management
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service environment
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
