Transforming Transportation Infrastructure
GHD is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead the design and management of large transportation infrastructure projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from initial policy development to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multi-disciplinary teams for preliminary and detail design road and bridge projects.
- Take ownership of project management, including budgeting, scheduling, quality control, and client satisfaction.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to intermediate and junior staff.
- Collaborate with engineers and design staff to produce high-quality project deliverables.
- Support business development, including capture planning and leading proposals.
Requirements:
- Post-secondary degree in Civil Engineering.
- Ontario P.Eng designation required (or eligible).
- 5+ years' experience in design and engineering of transportation infrastructure projects, including project management experience.
- Experience working with Eastern Ontario municipal transportation clients.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- French language proficiency is an asset.
