Job Title: Director of Quality Assurance Leadership
About the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our quality assurance initiatives and drive continuous improvement in our audit practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a global quality assurance program that evaluates conformance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.
- Design and manage quality assurance reviews, ensuring compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.
- Establish methodologies, tools, and processes for conducting quality assurance assessments and identifying areas for improvement.
- Provide guidance and support to audit teams to address findings, improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of the quality assurance program and identify opportunities for enhancement.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A university degree plus a recognized accounting or auditing professional designation.
- Extensive experience in internal audit, with a strong understanding of audit methodologies, standards, and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and develop practical solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders at all levels.
- A proven track record in developing and implementing quality assurance programs within a corporate environment.
