Xplore Inc., a leading provider of fibre, 5G and satellite broadband services for rural living in Canada, is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join its team. As a key member of the Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in driving performance optimization and informing strategic business decisions.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing monthly/daily reporting functions, capturing, analyzing, and visualizing data to demonstrate progress against Key Performance Metrics (KPIs). You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive performance, highlight key areas of improvement, reduce churn, and optimize revenue.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity requires expertise in data visualization and insightful analytics, along with strong Project Management skills. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in BI tools, especially Power BI and Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present data insights to leadership.
Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to provide real-time insights into Performance KPIs.
  • Perform thorough data quality and validation checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data.
  • Work closely with leadership to develop and understand reporting requirements.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A degree in a related field, such as Business Administration, Computer Science, or Mathematics.
  • Relevant experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of data visualization tools, including Power BI and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
