About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to provide exceptional administrative support services to our team. As an Administrative Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- screening and directing multiple-line telephone switchboard calls to the institution, transferring calls as required;
- receiving visitors and verifying identification, notifying appropriate staff members of visitors;
- coordinating video visits and booking of time slots with the public and stakeholders;
- assisting with coordination of face-to-face and in-person visits;
- processing incoming and outgoing mail;
- typing various materials and composing routine correspondence;
- filing and maintaining ongoing inventory and ordering stationery as required.

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will require:
- administrative knowledge and skills, including experience with multiple-line switchboards and receptionist procedures;
- proficiency in oral communication, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues, outside callers, and visitors;
- analytical skills to identify incoming and outgoing mail and determine correct destinations;
- experience with personal computers and typing software.
Applicants must have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education or certifications may be considered assets.
