Customer Service Coordinator

At OPENLANE, we're revolutionizing the wholesale market with our cutting-edge digital platform. As a Customer Service Coordinator, you'll be part of our tight-knit administrative team, supporting our front-office operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
We're looking for an experienced professional with a passion for customer-centricity, organization, and communication. Your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding support to our dealers, ensuring seamless interactions and resolving inquiries efficiently.
Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting customers and providing personalized assistance
- Responding to calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
- Processing payments and managing transactions
- Resolving customer complaints and issues promptly
You'll also be responsible for coordinating administrative tasks related to dealer registration, title management, and eBusiness processes. This includes data entry, information processing, and generating reports to maintain accurate records.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent experience/education
- 1-2 years of related experience in an administrative capacity
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Bonus points if you have experience with AMS, VTrace, and other OPENLANE systems. Bilingualism in English and French is also a plus, as you may interact with customers, leaders, and colleagues in Quebec, other provinces, or countries who may not speak French.
We offer a competitive salary of $43,000 - $48,000 per year, based on your experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes employer-paid medical, dental, and vision benefits, immediately vested RRSP with company match, paid vacation, float, and care time, short-term disability, life insurance, and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) coverage.
