Junior Analyst, Distribution Strategy

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Analyst to join our Distribution Strategy team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and execution of strategic initiatives aimed at optimizing the distribution of BMO mutual funds, ETFs, and other investment products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of distribution channels, sales trends, and market opportunities to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and presentations to track distribution performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to prepare materials for internal and external presentations.
  • Manage and maintain distribution data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Conduct research on competitors, market conditions, and client needs to support continued business strategy development and identify opportunities for new products and growth.
  • Lead strategic projects, manage relationships with senior management and stakeholders, and drive the Bank's strategic planning process forward.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in asset management, financial services, or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw conclusions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Detail-oriented and organized individual.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative to address challenges and provide solutions.

What We Offer:

BMO Financial Group offers a competitive salary range of $62,300.00 - $115,500.00, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, tuition reimbursement, accident and life insurance, and retirement savings plans.
