About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Operations Supervisor to join our team at Steamatic Vaudreuil-Salaberry. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning services, ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
  • Inspect facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards
  • Recommend and arrange for additional services as needed, such as painting, repair work, and equipment replacement
  • Maintain accurate financial records and assist with budgeting and forecasting
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the cleaning or facilities maintenance industry
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Manual dexterity and ability to stand for extended periods
