Cleaning Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Cleaning Operations Supervisor to join our team at Steamatic Vaudreuil-Salaberry. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our sites.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
- Inspect sites to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
- Recommend additional services as needed, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
- Maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist cleaners in performing duties and coordinate work activities with other departments.
- 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Valid driver's license.
- Manual dexterity and ability to stand for extended periods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
