Cleaning Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Cleaning Operations Supervisor to join our team at Steamatic Vaudreuil-Salaberry. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning staff, ensuring that our sites are safe and clean, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Inspect sites to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Recommend and arrange for additional services, such as painting, repair work, and equipment replacement, to maintain our facilities in top condition.
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience in cleaning or facilities maintenance an asset.
- Valid driver's licence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
