We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to support our sales team in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the branch and sales department in acquiring, maintaining, and servicing customers. Key duties include order entry, lead tracking, quote coordination, customer service, database management, and report generation.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating prompt customer service requests, including order entry, pricing, expediting, billing, and order maintenance
  • Providing technical and product support to customers as needed
  • Ongoing development and maintenance of the customer database
  • Tracking project progress and communicating updates to the sales team and customers

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales
  • 2+ years of experience in electrical products
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office programs (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Able to learn about the company's extensive products and services, effectively presenting them to customers
