Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Southbridge Goderich. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess and monitor residents' health status, developing and implementing individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, adhering to established policies and protocols.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate and evaluate resident care.
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Participate in medical procedures and operate medical equipment as required.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent registered nursing program.
- Registration with the Ontario College of Nurses or ability to obtain.
- Minimum 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in long-term care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
