Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Southbridge Goderich. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess and monitor residents' health status, developing and implementing individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians or according to established policies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate resident care and services
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence in care
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent
- Registration with the Ontario College of Nurses or ability to obtain
- 3+ years of experience in nursing, preferably in long-term care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
