About the Role

At Michael Page International Canada Limited, we're seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager with a proven track record in leading complex construction and development projects across the Greater Toronto Area. If you have a strong background in project management, a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with Senior Management: Work closely with senior management to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives.
  2. Develop Project Plans: Create and manage comprehensive project plans, including associated communications documents, to ensure timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
  3. Resource Management: Estimate and manage project resources, including personnel, to achieve project goals and objectives.
  4. Establish Budgets: Develop and submit budget proposals, recommending changes as needed, to ensure project financial stability.
  5. Project Dependencies: Identify, assess, and manage project dependencies and critical path to ensure successful project delivery.
  6. Project Scheduling: Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools, ensuring timely completion and stakeholder satisfaction.
  7. Project Tracking: Monitor and track project progress, milestones, and deliverables to ensure project success.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5-10 years of relevant construction and development experience in the GTA.
  • Proven track record in managing multiple large construction contracts involving consultants, contractors, and general contractors.
  • Strong background in preparing and administering consulting and construction agreements.
  • Knowledgeable of the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
