About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead our Strategic Initiatives and Change Leadership team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for championing a customer-focused culture, driving transformational projects, and overseeing executive reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer-Focused Culture: Lead the development and implementation of strategies to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge.
  • Transformational Projects: Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of transformational projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Executive Reporting: Develop and maintain executive-level reports, providing informed decision-making support to senior leadership.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of business or project management experience in the financial services sector.
  • Languages: Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Skills: Excellent understanding and knowledge of Project Management discipline & agile processes, strong organizational skills, relationship management, communication, and problem-solving.
  • Tech Skills: Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
What We Offer
