Job Overview

**About the Role**
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding client expectations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to identify project requirements, develop project plans, and implement solutions that meet business needs. Your expertise in project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, will enable you to navigate complexities and drive successful project outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritizing tasks, and allocating resources effectively
* Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
* Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
* Lead project teams, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship as needed
* Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
* Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans as necessary
* Monitor and report project progress, identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions
* Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure seamless communication and collaboration

**Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
* Proven experience (5+ years) in project management, preferably in a legal or professional services setting
* Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines
* Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
* Familiarity with project management software, such as Asana, Trello, or Jira
