Project Overview:

NTT DATA is seeking a highly skilled Project Management Coordinator to join our team in Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in planning, coordinating, and implementing strategic business and mission-critical information technology projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop project charters, plans, and quotes to guide the planning, development, and implementation process for multiple projects of varying size and complexity.

* Coordinate with clients to determine their business requirements, negotiate services, timelines, and costs, and manage expectations.

* Identify opportunities for improvement in business through the collection, analysis, and documentation of business requirements.

* Ensure that all information systems standards are met when developing business solutions.

* Facilitate and coordinate the business planning process for moderately complex and medium-sized projects.

* Prepare project estimates, and reports cost constraints and considerations.

* Develop and manage project documentation, including the Project Charter, Project Plan, Business Case, and reflect costs, timelines, risk management, and contingency plans, resourcing strategy, project structure, and reporting expectations.

* Review project requirements with clients and prepare documentation, including project plans and charters, to initiate projects using standard project management practices and procedures.

* Interface with Delivery Project Execution teams to ensure project services are performed efficiently with full integrity and to the satisfaction of the client.

* Assign, monitor, and check the work of assigned Delivery Project Execution staff using standard NTT DATA tools.

* Determine the scope, feasibility, and cost of upgrade, conversion, and other desktop projects when required to effect business solutions.

* Obtain commitment from all stakeholders and recommend project plans to management and clients.

* Advise and facilitate resolution of systems issues for clients concerning unique or unresolved problems or requirements resulting from, or as part of, the client project plan.

* Participate in post-implementation reviews and document results and recommendations; surveys and documents feedback and overall satisfaction of users and Business Sponsors.

* Maintain familiarity with all client groups to coordinate the services of the Business Operations Unit with other internal and external entities.

* Market the services, technological capabilities, and expertise of NTT DATA, including managing client expectations for service levels/capabilities/project timelines.

* Monitor client satisfaction with project deliverables.

* Develop project management guidelines, procedures, and templates.

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (Project Management, Innovation Management, or an associated field)

* Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CAPM, Agile, Lean Six Sigma) is a plus.

* 5+ years of experience as a project coordinator in project management, with a focus on innovation and business transformation.

* Proven track record of orchestrating projects from concept to completion.

* Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

* Strong project coordination in project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

* Ability to think strategically and drive innovative solutions.
