About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our Project Delivery team in British Columbia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the Project Manager with project deliverables, including project coordination, estimating, engineering, quality assurance, procurement, planning, and cost control.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Project Manager with project coordination, estimating, engineering, quality assurance, procurement, planning, and cost control.
  • Prepare progress reports on project status for clients and senior management.
  • Develop key project documentation, including technical and non-technical reports.
  • Ensure that project deliverables meet all applicable codes and standards.
  • Facilitate ongoing communications with clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • An engineering or construction degree from a recognized educational institute.
  • Completed or eligible to register in a recognized Project Management program.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a project management environment, working concurrently on multiple projects valued from $5M to $50M.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and MS Project, as well as standard Project Management tools, methods, and techniques.
