Job Summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead complex projects in a client design consultant environment. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects on schedule, budget, and to high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set and maintain project schedules, budgets, and technical execution.
  • Develop work plans, identify risks, and devise contingency strategies.
  • Manage technical requirements and ensure successful project scope delivery.
  • Identify stated and underlying client needs and tailor work activities accordingly.
  • Ensure projects adhere to best practices, QA/QC methods, and the QMS system.
  • Coordinate resource allocation, promote staff development, and foster a positive work environment.
  • Build client relationships, identify opportunities, and lead proposal preparation.

About the Team

The Project Delivery team at AtkinsRéalis is responsible for the timely and efficient coordination and delivery of transmission and substation projects for major utility clients. We are a diverse and inclusive team that values collaboration and innovation.

Requirements

  • University degree or higher with 6+ years of experience delivering complex projects.
  • Professional Registration: CAPM and/or PMP designation or the ability to acquire within one year of employment. Professional Engineer (P. Eng.) is an asset.
  • Proven experience managing multidisciplinary projects on schedule, budget, and to high quality standards in a client design consultant environment.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with a strong attention to detail. Fluency in English is essential, and bilingualism in French and English is considered an asset.
