Compliance Manager

Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled Banking Compliance Manager to oversee our banking activities and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking compliance and be able to develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with banking regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with banking regulations
- Monitor banking activities to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Identify and assess potential compliance risks
- Develop and implement corrective action plans to address identified risks
- Monitor changes in banking regulations and ensure compliance
- Provide guidance and advice to management on compliance matters
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports
- Maintain records of compliance activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in banking compliance
- Knowledge of banking regulations and laws
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
