Job Title: Marketing and Administrative Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing and Administrative Specialist to join our team at the Advanced Learning Centre. As a Marketing and Administrative Specialist, you will be responsible for developing policies, performing administrative tasks, conducting analytical marketing studies, designing market research questionnaires, evaluating customer service and store environments, developing marketing strategies, delivering presentations at conferences, workshops or symposia, and developing and implementing business plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence
  • Conduct analytical marketing studies to identify trends and opportunities
  • Design market research questionnaires to gather data and insights
  • Evaluate customer service and store environments to ensure high standards
  • Develop marketing strategies to promote products and services
  • Deliver presentations at conferences, workshops or symposia to share knowledge and expertise
  • Develop and implement business plans to drive growth and success

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in marketing and administrative roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Working Conditions:

  • 40 hours per week
