About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishroom Attendant to join our team at Castle Hospitality Group Ltd. o/a Ranchers Castle. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our dishroom area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Unload and sort dishes, glassware, and utensils from the dishwasher and wash items by hand as needed
  • Scour pots and pans, and sanitize all dishes and equipment
  • Restock dish supplies, including soap, sanitizer, and clean linens
  • Maintain a clean and organized dishroom, including sweeping and mopping floors
  • Assist with loading and unloading dishwashers and other kitchen equipment
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective dishroom operations
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Will train on the job
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
What We Offer
