About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Project Manager to lead our EWM implementation project. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successful SAP implementations and diversified project management expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the end-to-end process for the assigned streams during its complete implementation life cycle.
  • Participate in project planning activities and manage execution of projects according to plan.
  • Responsible for rolling out the End-to-End EWM process and ensuring that the process is rolled out in accordance with plan.
  • Responsible for the planning and budget of his streams, including Business Integrator and System Integrator.
  • Monitor progress, critical path, including dependencies.
  • Identify and manage risks.
  • Align stakeholders.
  • Drive key design documents through decision processes, including using escalation if needed.
  • Synchronize with peer E2E stream leads.
  • Communicate status transparently inside the stream and to the PMO.
  • Review and approve deliverables according to acceptance criteria.
  • Execute milestone/phase gate reviews according to plan.
  • Facilitate collaboration inside the workstream, including between functional lead and solution architect.
Requirements
  • Professional qualifications and experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • PMP designation an asset or formal project management training.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience in project management, ideally with experience in at least two SAP ERP implementations, including the EWM or Warehouse Management modules.
  • Solid project management skills, including developing project objectives and charter, determining resource allocation, tracking progress, etc.
  • SAP (S/4) tooling and project methodology knowledge.
  • Previous experience as a functional SAP consultant (Sales, Manufacturing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance) preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  • Experience working in multiple time zones an asset.
  • Experience working with an offshore delivery model an asset.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), Microsoft Project, and SharePoint.

This is a 2-year contract position with a target rate of $150-180/hour. The location is Oakville/Hybrid, and the start date is ASAP.
