Job Title: Data Analyst

ICBC is seeking a temporary Data Analyst to support the continuous improvement of divisional business by providing statistical analysis and resource planning/staff modelling services for internal customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Explore, analyze, and model relevant data to build business relationships and support the implementation of staffing models.
  • Use strong critical thinking and analytical skills to review complex data and present it in a manner that provides value and supports the staffing needs of the business.
  • Develop and present analysis and model effective staffing requirements using relevant technical tools, computer applications, and databases.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in data mining and analysis.
  • Advanced Excel abilities.
  • Knowledge of relevant technical tools, computer applications, and databases.
  • Solid skills/background using Excel, pivot table charts, and presentation charts.
  • Operational Excellence/LEAN training is an asset.
  • Background in Statistics is an asset.
