Job Title: Food Service Team Lead
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Team Lead to join our team at MANITOBA LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, as well as training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Supervise and check assembly of trays
- Establish work schedules
- Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit
- Take customers' orders
- Serve customers at counters or buffet tables
- Portion and wrap foods
Work Environment:
