Restaurant Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at McDonald's Restaurants. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of food service staff and provide guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and food quality.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all food safety and sanitation procedures are followed.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure they are meeting expectations.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure that all necessary items are ordered and stocked.
- Hire and train new staff members, and provide ongoing support and development opportunities to help them grow in their roles.
- Ensure that all food and service meet quality control standards, and take corrective action when necessary.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
- Supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys, and ensure that all food is prepared and presented to a high standard.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that all staff are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service or retail environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
