The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Drawing & Occupancy Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing the delivery of drawing and occupancy services. Your technical expertise will ensure the precision and consistency required to meet client needs and drive business success.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Execute daily client requests and deliverables with accuracy, ensuring timely updates and additions to onsite conditions.
  • Facilitate the development and transition of drawing and occupancy services into new accounts, including activities such as file manipulation, space poly-lining, and identification to established standards.
  • Ensure drawings are completed according to policies and procedures, maintaining consistency, repeatability, and alignment with BGIS Global Integrated Solutions/Client needs.
  • Directly oversee the drawing and occupancy team, providing support with service delivery, technical issues, and administrative challenges.
  • Establish work schedules, prioritize tasks, and monitor progress to ensure adherence to timeliness, quality standards, and project requirements.
  • Analyze data and provide reports using various modules and reporting tools to support contract deliverables.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • College Diploma - Technician (architectural, structural, electrical, or mechanical).
  • Demonstrated ability to work with CAD drawings and integrate them with other facility management software.
  • Software proficiency in AutoCAD 2016, Revit, and/or Microstation preferred.
  • Effective interpersonal skills, especially communication (verbal/written), planning, and organizing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and self-driven approach.

What We Offer
