Customer Service Representative Commercial Banking

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Agent for Commercial Banking clients.
About the Role:
As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our business clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls from business clients and provide timely and effective solutions to their queries
- Support clients with their banking transactions and provide guidance on our digital solutions
- Analyze and understand business clients' needs and advise them on the best solutions and digital products
- Follow compliance and fraud prevention rules in effect

Our Team:
You will be part of a new and growing team in Edmonton, reporting to the Senior Manager of the call centre. Our team is expanding to meet the growing needs of our business clients, and we are looking for talented individuals to join us.
Training and Development:
You will receive comprehensive on-site training in downtown Edmonton, followed by on-the-job training to help you learn how to support clients over the phone. You will be supported by a remote trainer who will help you learn about your role, our products, and our technologies.
