The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Banking Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, identifying opportunities to grow our business, and contributing to the success of our branch.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences through proactive communication, empathy, and a solutions-focused approach.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow our business by building relationships with clients and referring them to our account managers.
- Process transactions, manage cash handling, and respond to client inquiries with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of our banking products and services to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education and 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in the financial sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of banking products and services, with a willingness to learn and grow.
