Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Talent Development Manager to join our team at Cellular Point. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary range of $1,500,001 - $4,000,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. The successful candidate will have a strong background in human resources management and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Oversee the classification and rating of occupations to ensure accurate job postings
  • Plan, develop, and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Manage contracts and agreements with external vendors and service providers
  • Lead payroll administration and oversee the preparation of reports
  • Advise senior management on HR-related matters and respond to employee questions and complaints
  • Liaise with management, union officials, and HR consultants to resolve workplace issues
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in human resources management, preferably in a retail or wholesale setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with MS Outlook, Windows, and Word
Work Environment

You will be working in a fast-paced retail/wholesale establishment/distribution centre environment, with a large caseload and workload. You will need to be flexible, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
