Job Title: Payroll and Benefits Administrator

Our client, a busy downtown law firm, is seeking a highly skilled Payroll and Benefits Administrator to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and prepare the firm's semi-monthly payroll, manage ledgers, and complete government reporting.
  • Manage tax remittance, benefits enrollments, changes, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare and maintain records, including payroll and benefits-related documents.
  • Provide general correspondence and government reporting.
  • Reconcile payroll ledgers to general ledgers.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in payroll and benefits administration.
  • Preference given to those with Ceridian Dayforce HCM knowledge.
  • Preference given to those with a PCP designation.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality.
Total Rewards:
  • $55,000 - $62,000 per year.
