We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Operations Manager to join our team at Kisaan Die Tech North America Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Manufacturing Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our manufacturing facility, ensuring that production schedules are met, and quality control standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Production Scheduling: Develop and implement production schedules to ensure efficient use of resources and meet customer demand.
  • Quality Control: Direct quality control inspections to ensure that products meet our high standards.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of raw materials and finished products to prevent shortages.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Develop equipment maintenance schedules and recommend the replacement of machines as needed.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of production staff to achieve production goals.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
