Job Title: Manufacturing Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Operations Manager to join our team at Kisaan Die Tech North America Ltd. in Canada.

Job Summary:

The Manufacturing Operations Manager will be responsible for developing production schedules and duty assignments to ensure proper functioning, evaluating daily operations, maintaining an inventory of raw materials and finished products, and planning and organizing daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop production schedules and duty assignments to ensure proper functioning
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement
  • Maintain an inventory of raw materials and finished products to prevent shortages
  • Plan and organize daily operations to meet production targets
  • Read blueprints and drawings to understand production requirements
  • Develop equipment maintenance schedules and recommend the replacement of machines
  • Direct quality control inspections to ensure products meet quality standards
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient production
  • Plan and implement changes to machinery and equipment, production systems, and methods of work
  • Plan and manage the establishment of departmental budget
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Judgement and decision-making skills
  • Organized and reliable with attention to detail
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
