Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Operations Manager to join our team at Kisaan Die Tech North America Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing production schedules and duty assignments to ensure proper functioning, evaluating daily operations, and maintaining an inventory of raw materials and finished products to prevent shortages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop production schedules and duty assignments to ensure proper functioning
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement
  • Maintain an inventory of raw materials and finished products to prevent shortages
  • Plan and organize daily operations to meet production targets
  • Read blueprints and drawings to ensure accurate production
  • Develop equipment maintenance schedules and recommend the replacement of machines
  • Direct quality control inspections to ensure high-quality products
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient production
  • Plan and implement changes to machinery and equipment, production systems, and methods of work
  • Plan and manage the establishment of departmental budget
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Judgement and reliability
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
