Job Title: Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team at ParetoFM. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and delivering exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and deliver high-quality service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and meet client expectations.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow and expand client relationships.
  • Monitor and report on client satisfaction, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in account management, preferably in the facilities management industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills.
