Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Risk Management Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) analysis on RBC clients to assess their risk profile and identify potential threats to the bank's reputation and financial stability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of clients' financial activities and transactions to identify potential risks and threats.
  • Develop and implement effective risk mitigation strategies to minimize the bank's exposure to financial, regulatory, and reputational risks.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that risk assessments are accurate and up-to-date, and that recommendations are implemented effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements and industry best practices to ensure that the bank's risk management processes are aligned with the latest standards.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in risk management, AML compliance, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate complex risks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and industry best practices, with the ability to stay up-to-date with changing requirements.
