Job Title: FX Trader - Risk Management Expert

This is a dynamic role that requires a strong understanding of FX market microstructure and risk management strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the electronic risk book and performing data analytics around profitability and performance of eFX business.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Managing the electronic risk book
  2. Performing data analytics around profitability and performance of eFX business
  3. Developing new analytics tools with the business and quant teams
  4. Collaborating with the trading and quant groups to increase profitability and volumes of electronic business
  5. Resolving technical issues with the eFX trading platform
  6. Onboarding new clients and implementing business initiatives with internal teams
  7. Serving as a liaison between the electronic FX desk and the broader FX business

Requirements:

  • Dedicated work ethic
  • Strong team player
  • 3+ years of eFX trading experience
  • Technical skills in Python programming and kdb/q
  • Strong business analysis skills, problem-solving skills, and initiative
  • Self-starter, motivated towards improving and developing the business
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
