We are Access Information Management, a leading provider of records and information management services worldwide. We are seeking a highly skilled Transportation Specialist to join our team.

Job Summary:

As a Transportation Specialist, you will be responsible for transporting, maintaining, and processing confidential and secure documents. You will be the public face of Access Information Management, interacting with clients and ensuring their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Load and unload company vehicles with materials, recycling bins, and boxes of confidential documents.
  • Transport documents and materials to client locations using wireless scanning technology.
  • Process daily incoming work orders and rush orders.
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of driver paperwork.
  • Maintain a clean and organized vehicle.
  • Communicate regularly with direct supervisors to report any issues.

Requirements:

  • Valid Class G driver's license with a clear driving record.
  • Physical ability to lift boxes, recycling bins, and materials weighing up to 60 pounds.
  • At least 1 year of driving experience.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
