Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at B D Cannabis Store. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and efficient stockroom operations.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
- Store Operations: Establish and maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and policies.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Will train.
- Permanent work term.
- English language proficiency.
- 30-40 hours per week.
