Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at B D Cannabis Store. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of sales floor staff, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure that our customers receive excellent service.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that our store is well-stocked and that our customers have access to the products they need.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers leave our store satisfied and loyal.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights and recommendations to improve store performance.
- Store Operations: Establish work schedules, authorize returns, and ensure that our store is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Will train, or equivalent experience in a retail or supervisory role.
- Language: English.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
