We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at B D Cannabis Store. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and efficient stockroom operations.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit sales reports, analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained, adhering to company standards and policies.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: Will train, or equivalent experience in retail management.
