Development Manager

Chard Development Ltd. is seeking a skilled Development Manager to join their team in Vancouver. As a key member of the development team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development process, from project planning to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Collaborate with municipalities, politicians, and the community to secure project approvals and support
  • Manage consultants, contractors, and trades to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Analyze financial proformas to achieve profitability and manage project-related documentation
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of development experience in multi-family residential rentals and mixed-use developments
  • Strong planning and problem-solving skills to navigate development complexities
  • Strong understanding of contracts and contractor management
