Meat Cutter

We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at Biryani Lounge. As a Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for preparing and cutting meats to meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and prepare meats for processing and cutting
- Cut carcasses, sides, and quarters to create standard cuts of meat
- Trim and prepare meats to meet customer specifications
- Wrap and package prepared meats for sale
- Remove bones from meat and cut poultry into parts
- Weigh meats for sale and price meat products
- Cut fish into steaks and fillets and clean and prepare fish and shellfish
- Sell meats to customers and supervise other butchers, meat cutters, and fishmongers
- Grind meats and train meat cutters to ensure high-quality products
- Prepare special orders and displays of meats, poultry, and fish products
- Shape, lace, and tie roasts, other meats, poultry, and seafood
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required
- Will train on the job
- 40 hours per week
- English language required
