About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Financial Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our retail locations, you will play a crucial role in promoting our financial products and services to meet the short- and long-term financial goals of individuals in your community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer sales experiences through efficient execution of all customer transactions.
  • Analyze customers' needs and provide personalized solutions that satisfy those needs.
  • Handle cash accurately and enter transactions into the system.
  • Contact customers over the phone with past due balances and negotiate payment terms and schedules.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to safety, security, and compliance requirements.
Requirements
  • Sales driven with a minimum of one year of financial services and sales experience.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
