Bar Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Bartenders Supervisor to join our team at Sea Smoke Restaurant & Bar. As a key member of our bar team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and leading our bartenders to achieve high standards of quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities:- Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including glassware, draft beer system, and inventory.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and dismiss staff as needed, ensuring a well-trained and motivated team.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, taking beverage orders and making recommendations on drink selections.
- Inventory Management: Order bar stock and maintain inventory control, ensuring adequate supplies and minimizing waste.
- Regulatory Compliance: Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations, ensuring compliance and minimizing risk.
- Physical Demands: Work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and performing physically demanding tasks.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience an asset, with a focus on bartending and leadership skills.
- Language: English language proficiency.
- Work Hours: 40 to 45 hours per week.
