Bar Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Bartenders Supervisor to join our team at Sea Smoke Restaurant & Bar.
Job SummaryThe Bartenders Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the bar area, ensuring a high level of service and quality of drinks. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Clean and maintain the bar area, including glassware and draft beer system.
- Train and supervise bartenders to ensure they are providing excellent service and preparing drinks to the highest standard.
- Manage inventory and ordering of bar stock, ensuring that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
- Enforce liquor legislation and regulations, ensuring that our bar is operating within the law.
- Prepare and serve drinks, including mixed drinks, wine, draft and bottled beer, and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods and lifting heavy objects.
- Experience in a bar or restaurant environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift heavy objects.
