Job Summary

The Bartenders Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bar, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our bar area is clean and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning the draft beer system.
  • Supervise and train bartenders to ensure they are providing excellent service and adhering to our standards.
  • Manage inventory and ordering of bar stock, ensuring that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations, ensuring that our bar is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including mixed drinks, wine, draft and bottled beer, and non-alcoholic beverages.
  • Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons, ensuring that orders are accurate and fulfilled in a timely manner.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods and lifting heavy objects as required.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in a bartending or supervisory role, an asset.
